We assist prospective students with IELTS preparation, university admissions abroad, and student visa processing.   • Immigration & financial information: passport details, visa history, sponsor information, and financial documents required for admission or visa applications.
  • Service preferences: intended destination, intake, course of interest, and the specific services you request from IMS.
  • Website & device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone, contact forms, or the free assessment form.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Assess your profile and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
  • Prepare and submit applications to universities and immigration authorities on your behalf.
  • Deliver IELTS coaching, share study materials, and track your progress.
  • Respond to your inquiries, schedule counselling sessions, and provide customer support.
  • Send you service updates, batch schedules, deadlines, and relevant offers (you can opt out anytime).

We process your personal data based on your consent, to perform the services you have requested, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate business interests in operating and improving our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when necessary to deliver our services or as required by law, with:

  • Universities and admission offices to which you have asked us to apply.
  • Embassies, consulates, and visa application centres in connection with your student visa application.
  • Service providers such as courier companies, document translators, medical centres, IELTS test bodies, payment processors, and IT/hosting providers who support our operations.
  • Legal or government authorities when disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

Because study abroad involves institutions outside Bangladesh, your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of Bangladesh.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
